Mind vs. Heart

Jut been going through a whirlrwind of emotions lately...had to leave my #1 draft pick alone for a while cuz she's had some other stuff to focus on, which i aint mad at. i just never felt like this in a while...i've also been the type of cat who's never had to wait for a extended amount of time for a female.

i do like what she brings to the table, all the little things like making me laugh and all that shit...we kissed saturday and i admit it was kinda "off"...but fuck it...i'm tired of not being a gambler. too goddamn methodical.

i just HATE waiting for females to make up their minds. i'm a bit too methodical so i'd ideally like the opposite of that. i have a feeling everything's gonna be alright tho. i mean well and it's a unwritten rule that you get what you work for. and if it doesnt go down, i'll chalk it up as a learning experience. besides, the nexts always better than the ex

i'm a asshole. i havent been totally fair to her. and i have a bad habit of just being snide/rude, just cuz i know she wont take it from me. she's not exactly argumentative but she does say what she wants. i find it attractive when a chick can stand up for themselves, and a past situation kinda let me see what type of girl she is. i've ALWAYS been the type to push peoples buttons nd see what i can get away with. it's cool but it's grown man time now.

the date went extremely well...there were a few left field questions...but i like being challenged...it's on again this saturday....

well...between the Giants winning the Super Bowl, class, work, going to see Gasol's first game as a Laker and wishing i coulda saw the Hornets game last night,life's good...

got a date today...shorty is cool but i'ma just take it slow..still gonna do things the G way but its all good...me and shorty were friends before but then the matchmaker (a mutual acquaintance) just said outright (in front of both of us) that we should get to know each other...i'm not against it...it's w/e...

well i started @ Red Distribution yesterday..it was alright with me just doing msinly online marketing and tour date management..it's gonna be challenging but i'm game....it's cool thus far, with me doing a lotta intern shit like copying, filing, and all the regular shit.

school started yesterday and my fuckin breaks between classes are major..today i got a break from 3:45-7:35...so i'm gonna be on my workout and ball grind...

got a free Xbox 360 from my mans who's in the Navy...i wanted a PS 3 originally but beggars cant be choosers...2K8 is the goddamn truth!!!!!!!!! i cant even play with the Knicks but the Hornets are realy that deal...i'm $$ with Mo Pete and Peja comin' off curls and draining em....it seems like my nights are gonna be filled with 2K8 and Naruto when i should be doing my HW or reading...no biggie...it's all good. life's about priorities

the Jints are now gonna play the Pats in the SB. Eli played a composed game and the running game was solid. Proud of the boys. Plex was ABUSING Al Harris all night. with all the media coverage buzzzing in the GB corner, i'm here thinking they're the 12 disciples or something. Favre played well but the better team won. they shoulda doubled up on Plex.

whatever. we're there. about goddamn time a NY sports team advances to a championship round. i'm not worried about the Pats. our secondary should be tho. Ross is the best corner and son is a rookie. Webster prior to the interception was a fuck up. we'll see how they contend with Moss, Stallworth and Welker. let's get it.

Knicks just become 3-0 vs. Joisey...Jamal's been killing lately....the ball movement seems to have improved A LOT with Steph out...Zach's passing more but he's still taking prolly about 3 bad shots a game. Nate seems to be automatic tho.
