I never interned at either but from what WhatsHisFace told me when he was there, it wasn't all that great. Just mad free CDs and the chance to get a bunch of contacts (for IMG). I'd say go with Sony but if you want to switch it up a bit, go for Def. And don't hold your break on meeting Jay...!
